What I did was look up all the Closed Waterfront/Oceanfront listings in Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, North Hampton, Hampton, Hampton Falls and Seabrook New Hampshire. I went back 6 months and pulled from the Multiple Listing Service. All these home were listing by various brokerage firms and sold by various agents. This would not account for any transfers that might have occurred outside of the Multiple Listing Service.

While, my husband and I don’t live on the coast, we live nearby and have spent many years exploring the nooks and crannies of the New Hampshire coastline and we spend as much time as we can on the beach or near the beach in our motor home.
