As a realtor in Pensacola Florida I too received this very same message today, Nov 7, 2023. Either this person is a billionaire or a scammer. I’m thinking the later.
I would stay away from this person, he is probably a scammer.

I just received a message from the same name that he is looking to buy a house in Florida around 3 to 3 1/2 million, who is this person and why he’s doing this we should report him.
I received the same message from Henrick Michael through my website with the exact same wording. I am also a Realtor located in Daytona Beach Fl
