New Castle is a lovely island town and is the only town in New Hampshire that is actually  composed entirely of islands.  New Castle is approximately 500 acres and is just a gorgeous scenic little town that is dotted with both lovely old and newer residential homes.   The population of New Castle is  slightly more than 1,000 and it is home to the very popular Great Island Common park, the gorgeous Wentworth-by-the-Sea Hotel, a Coast Guard station and Fort Constitution and Fort Stark state parks.

Jay and I just love chasing the moon and on Dec 10th we took a ride up the coast to Rye Harbor State Park to catch the moon rising over the ocean. We caught it just in time and stayed to watch it rise! I’m not sure if there are any other NH Realtors who are moon chasers but we so enjoy doing it and try to catch it rising at different spots along our beautiful NH seacoast.

We love living and working in southern NH and love sharing a little bit of our world via video with you.

I stopped by Lake Massabesic in Auburn New Hampshire on a crisp winter afternoon, it was late in the day and the sun was starting to set. I Love stopping along the lake as it’s always so pretty. Lake Massabesic is a 2,500+/- acre lake with about 28 miles of shore land. It is surrounded by a 300 acre forest boasting wildlife, hiking, biking and walking. Boating is allowed but there no swimming due to the lake providing drinking water for the greater Manchester area.
