Jay and I took a ride to the beach on Nov 20, 2011 and I decided to shoot a few videos. It was late in the day so the videos are not bright and sunny but we thought it was an incredible beach day anyways, perfect for walking along the shore.

Jay does not like being in front of the video camera but I forced him… don’t ya think he did a great job?

What I did was look up all the Closed Waterfront/Oceanfront listings in Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, North Hampton, Hampton, Hampton Falls and Seabrook New Hampshire. I went back 6 months and pulled from the Multiple Listing Service. All these home were listing by various brokerage firms and sold by various agents. This would not account for any transfers that might have occurred outside of the Multiple Listing Service.
